“Lo dicono i Lincei” is the name of the new in-depth multimedia column in Corriere della Sera, sponsored by the Associazione Amici dell’Accademia dei Lincei, which will host Lincei academics on a monthly basis to discuss the main current issues on the national scene. The aim of the channel is to offer authoritative and clear information on the main topics of public interest: economy, healthcare and new social, digital and geopolitical challenges that Italy will have to face.
The first episode entitled ‘Why do we need a global distribution of vaccines?’, broadcast on 13 April at 4.30 p.m. in live streaming on the corriere.it TV channel and moderated by the newspaper’s Deputy Editor Daniele Manca, explores the topic of vaccination, from developments in the immunisation process to the issue of primary importance of its large-scale distribution to ensure the involvement of all countries in the world, including developing countries, in immunisation. The debate will be opened by the President of the Accademia Nazionale dei Lincei, Giorgio Parisi, and Linceo member Guido Forni.
